Educational Qualification:
(i) MBBS/BDS/AYUSH/Nursing graduate with Masters in Public Health (MPH),
Community Medicine (MD), MBA-(Health Management) /MHA. (ii) 05 years experience

Age Limit: 18 to 38 years [Reserved Category: 05 years Relaxation]

फार्मासिस्ट: 22 जागा  
Educational Qualification: 
(i) D. Pharma / B. Pharma. (B. Pharma. will be preferred) (ii) MS-CIT/CCC
(iii) 03 years experience

Age Limit: 18 to 38 years [Reserved Category: 05 years Relaxation]

वरिष्ठ सल्लागार  (CPHC): 01 जागा 
Educational Qualification:
(i) MBBS OR Any other Medical degree with MPH/MHA/MBA(Health Care) (ii) 05 years experience

Age Limit: 18 to 38 years [Reserved Category: 05 years Relaxation]

सल्लागार (CPHC): 03 जागा
Educational Qualification:
(i) MBBS DPH/MD-PSM will be preferred. OR Any other Medical Graduate with MPH/MHA/MBA(Health Care)
 (ii) 03 years experience
